Art Direction

Capture authentic daily moments of meditation through movement from the perspective of our main protagonist. 

These will be shot in a downtown setting through various running vignettes. The photographer will capture candid, in-between moments through the POV of our main protagonist moving throughout their day. The runners provide a reminder to our protagonist of the impact of running on their mindfulness.

Compositionally, our protagonist will be in the foreground acting as a framing mechanism. Lensing should consider how our protagonist might see these interactions such as over the shoulder, 1st person POV, or up close and personal. Though the imagery is shot from the POV of our protagonist, they are hardly ever seen, and never fully recognizable. 

Overall, these images should feel intimate, authentic, and imperfect.
